Click on the [Input Tape] button It changes to the input tape mode. In this mode you can operate the connected video device. Play the images and display the still image where you wish to start the capture Clicking on the Play button [1], the image will be displayed on the preview screen. Clicking on the still picture button [ ;], the still picture will be displayed. Click on the [Mark-in] button The capture starting point will be set and a yellow mark [. . . ] will be displayed on the Input tape track. The picture on the right is an example of icon display. Clicking on the [Switch Views] button, the view will switch to time axis display. G You can also trim the videoclips by dragging the trimming mark [ ] at the left and right end of the videoclip. (Use this method if you wish to repeat the trimming) 1 3 2 1 2 4 3 19 Inserting video effects Inserting video effects in the aligned videoclips. Click on [Yes] to exit from the titler and restart MotionDV STUDIO. The created title is displayed in the edit track and in the library. 25 Posting and arranging illustrations Inserting animated pictures using the titler. The pictures above are examples of illustrated titles. The titler has several other functions. Right-click on the videoclip where you wish to insert a picture, then select [Create Title] The titler will start. Drag and drop the desired picture from the [Display animation frame window ] to the edit field The picture will be arranged. G To actually move the picture you must save it as animated picture. Select [File][Save as Video] from the titler menu and save Enter the title name and save. Saving the title as animated picture you'll be able to edit it with MotionDV STUDIO. Select [File][Exit application] from the titler menu The save change message will be displayed.
