[. . . ] BIAMPLIFICATION EXPONENTIALLY INCREASES OUTPUT Unlike any other combo in its class, the KB/A 30 is biamped, which provides dedicated power amps to both the woofer and tweeter. Biamping greatly increases the sound output as the amplifiers work much more efficiently. The signal passes through a specially-designed electronic crossover which feeds the two amplifiers. a 40-watt amp powers the woofer , and a dedicated 10-watt amp powers the tweeter.
