Turn the zoom ring to set the desired angle of view (lens focal length). Memo: · The focusing point may shift slightly by changing the focal length. But you can also screw a 30. 5mm filter to the back of the dedicated hood. 33 Attaching a filter and the dedicated lens hood to the DA 21mm f/3. 2 AL Limited lens It is possible to attach a 49mm diameter filter to the front of the DA 21mm f/3. 2 AL Limited lens, but not when the dedicated lens hood is attached. To use a filter with the dedicated lens hood, screw a 43mm diameter filter to the back of the filter. 34 Attaching a filter and the dedicated lens hood to the DA 70mm f/2. 4 Limited lens With the DA 70mm f/2. 4 Limited lens, attach the 49mm diameter filter to the front of the lens. To use it together with the dedicated lens hood, screw it on over the filter that is attached. Memo: · The lens hood cannot be mounted on some circular polarizing filters that are not produced by PENTAX. 35 Circular polarizing filters and vignetting Circular polarizing filters are thicker than regular filters.
