Digital text (only for UK)
Some digital channels offer dedicated digital text services (for example BBCi). Note: UK only: Digital text is displayed when programmes are carrying digital text or interactive services.

2. To use the digital text, follow the instructions on screen. Depending on the service, you may be asked to use the cursor keys, the OK key, the coloured keys, the teletext key and sometimes the digit keys. When you have finished watching teletext, select a different channel with the -P+ keys or follow the instructions on screen to return to picture. Press CANCEL to cancel digital text or interactive services.
Text info
Some digital channels also offer information on the programme being broadcast. In that case a message may appear at the bottom of the screen for a few seconds. Follow the instructions on screen and use the cursor keys to scroll through the next pages. Note: digital text will not be available when Subtitles are set to On in the Features menu.

To make video and audio connections
Tip: use the inputs that are available on your equipment that provide the best video or audio performance, as below. Note: your TV comes with all types of connectors with the exception of the DVI connector but some of your equipment may be equipped with this type. In this case you'll need a DVI to HDMI adapter or a HDMI to DVI cable and separate audio cables, all available at your local dealer. Warning: be sure to connect the DVI output connector first, then connect to the HDMI input on your TV.

Camera, Camcorder, Game
1. Connect your camera, camcorder or game as shown. Connect to VIDEO 2 and AUDIO L 3 for mono equipment. For stereo equipment also connect AUDIO R 3. S-VHS quality with an S-VHS camcorder is obtained by connecting the S-VHS cables with the S-VIDEO input 1 and AUDIO inputs 3. Warning: do not connect cable 1 and 2 at the same time. This may cause picture distortion !
