TV tour
Remote control
To open or close the Find menu. In the Find menu, access the channel list.
To adjust the volume. In the Adjust menu, access a range of frequently used settings.
To switch TV channels.
To open or close the Text menu. In the Text menu, access teletext for news and information.
To open or close the Home menu. [. . . ] The sleeptimer can be set up to 180 minutes, in steps of five minutes. The sleeptimer is switched off if it is set to zero minutes. The TV switches to standby after the specified time.
View subtitles
Analogue channels
1. Switch the TV to an analogue TV channel. Enter the three-digit page number of the subtitles page (usually '888'). Subtitles display if available.
Child lock
To protect children from unsuitable TV programmes, you can lock the TV or block age rated programmes. Select [Setup] > [Channel settings] > [Child lock]. Enter the code with the Numeric buttons. Tip: If you forget your code, enter '8888' to override any existing codes. In the child lock menu, select [Channel lock]. Enter the child lock code with the Numeric buttons. Select channels to lock or unlock.
Digital channels
1. Select [Subtitles off], [Subtitles on] or [On during mute], then press OK. Note: · If MHEG application is activated, subtitles are not displayed. · If you select [On during mute], subtitles are displayed only when you press to mute the sound.

Subtitle language
You can change the subtitle language on some digital channels. Select [Setup] > [Channel settings] or [Satellite settings] > [Subtitle language]. Select [Primary subtitles] or [Secondary subtitles] for the preferred language. OPTIONS > Tip: You can also press [Subtitle language].
1. Connect the USB storage device to the TV. Press any button to exit Scenea.
Set Scenea lounge light
When the TV is in standby, you can switch on Ambilight and create a lounge light effect with your wallpaper. Ambilight is available on certain models only. When the TV is in standby, press AMBILIGHT on the front of the TV. [. . . ] The replacement fuse must comply with BS 1362 and have the ASTA approval mark. If the fuse is lost, contact your dealer in order to verify the correct type. Refi t the fuse cover.
