The Serial Copy Management System (SCMS) only allows digital recording under specific conditions: ­ This means that it is not possible to make a digital copy from a digital copy. ­ The number of recordings from the original is unlimited. Recordings from DAT or DCC players will not always stop automatically. You can set the reference record balance for both digital and analog recordings. If you want to play the recorded CDR disc on any regular CD player, it must first be finalized. For recording from external CD changers do not use AUX MANUAL, but AUX TRACK or AUX CD. For recording from the internal CD Changer-deck you can choose following recording modes: ­ High speed recording and automatic finalizing: Fast and easy!Record and finalize your CDR(W) in one quick step while the sound is muted. you can record: ­ the current CD (CD TMCD); ­ a program (COMPILE CD). ­ High speed recording (REC TYPE): Record your CDR(W) fast while the sound is muted. You can record: ­ an entire CD (CD FAST); ­ a track (TRACK FAST), ' ­ a program (COMPILE CD/ PROG FAST); ­ a track edit (AB FAST). ­ Normal recording and listening (REC TYPE): Listen to the recording while you are making it. You can record: ­ an entire CD (CD LISTEN); ­ a track (TRACK LISTEN); ­ a program (PROG LISTEN); ­ a track edit (AB LISTEN). ­ Microphone recording: Mix sound from the internal CD Changer with microphone input (CD MIX MIC).
