MIC LEVEL
A Connect a microphone (not supplied) to
the MIC jack on the front panel of this unit.
B Load a karaoke disc.
If the disc menu appears, use keys to make your selection and press OK to start playback.
C Press KARAOKE on the remote
control repeatedly to select { MIC ON/ OFF }. Use keys to turn the microphone { ON } or { OFF }.
D Adjust the microphone volume up or
down by using MIC LEVEL on the side panel of the unit.
E Press VOCAL repeatedly to toggle
between various audio modes. You can turn off the vocal or change the audio mode of the karaoke disc. Helpful Hint: Before connecting the microphone, set the microphone volume to the minumum level to prevent howling.

USB Operation
You can play or view the data files (JPEG, MP3, WMA, DivX®, RMVB or RM) in the USB flash drive. However, editing or copying the data file is not possible.

Helpful Hints: The USB jack does not support the connection of other USB devices except to a USB flash drive. The unit can only support up to a maximum of 300 folders and 648 files. When the USB device does not fit into the USB jack, a USB extension cable (not supplied) is required. Copy-protected files are not playable.

Create MP3 files
Creating audio CD to MP3 format
This feature allows you to convert audio tracks from an audio CD into MP3 format. The created MP3 files are saved in your USB device. { Yes } { No } ID3 information is included in the MP3 file. No ID3 information.
A Load an audio CD. B Connect the USB flash drive directly to
the jack on this unit.
{ Device } The created MP3 files will save in this USB device.
F Move to the { TRACK } menu and use
keys to select the track that you want to create, then press OK. To select all tracks, move to { Select all } in the menu and press OK. To deselect all tracks, move to { Deselect all } in the menu and press OK.
C During playback, press AUDIO/
CREATE MP3 on the remote control.
D Read the message on the TV and confirm
your action by selecting { YES } in the menu, then press OK. If the USB device is full, a warning message will be displayed.
