Making fresh coffee right away If you want to make fresh coffee right away, switch the appliance off and allow it to cool down for three minutes. Then you can fill the watertank again and make fresh coffee. Heating up coffee in a microwave If you want to heat up coffee, the jug can be placed in a microwave, even with the buffer ring attached (only for types HD 7501, HD 7502 and HD 7504). cleaning · Always unplug the appliance before you start cleaning it. The jug, the buffer ring, the filter holder and the detachable front of the filter holder can be cleaned with hot water and soap. These parts may also be put in the dishwasher.
