IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following: 1. To protect against fire, electric shock and injury to persons do not immerse cord, plugs, or appliance in water or other liquid. Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used by or near children. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. [. . . ] We recommend NOT to keep the container at room temperature for too long. Store the milk according to producer's instructions and do NOT use it after best-before date. Wash the container as described in the "MILK CARAFE CLEANING" section (see page 31).
Emptying the Milk Carafe
The operations illustrate how to empty the milk contained inside the carafe.
1 Press the release buttons to allow the lid removal.
2 Lift the lid; now the milk contained inside may be emptied.

Cappuccino
The following steps describe how to prepare a cappuccino. Dispensing may be preceded by short sprays of milk and steam. Wait for the end of the cycle before removing the container. Refer to the section "Milk Carafe".
1 Fill the milk carafe with the desired quantity.
Note: To ensure better results when preparing a cappuccino, use cold milk.
2 Open the milk dispenser and insert the milk carafe into the machine.
3 Place the cup for the cappuccino under the carafe dispenser.
Note: Ensure that the cup is positioned correctly under the dispenser to avoid spilling the product.
Note: It is possible to prepare a cappuccino with pre-ground coffee as well. Select the function with the “ ” button and pour the coffee in the compartment as described in the proper section.
4 Press the “

Adjusting the Cappuccino Length (MEMO Function)
The machine allows you to adjust the amount of cappuccino brewed according to your taste and/or the size of your cups. Each time the “ ” button is pressed and released, the machine pours a pre-set amount of cappuccino. This amount may be set again according to your taste.

Adjusting the Amount of Hot Milk in the Cup (MEMO Function)
The machine allows you to adjust the amount of dispensed hot milk according to your taste and/or the size of your cups. [. . . ] Clean the Brew Group ("Brew Group" section). Clean the dispensing spout and its holes.
Note: These problems can be considered normal if the coffee blend has been changed or the machine is being installed for the first time.
