This will bring you to the support site www. philips. com/support. You may need to enter the model number, e. g. Make sure you save the file(s) in a folder on your PC. Unzip them before you install the upgrade. 3 To upgrade firmware, click Preferences Upgrade. 4 Follow all the screen instructions to complete firmware upgrade.
