Press the reset button to make sure the disc returns to bottom position in the housing, otherwise the disposable Color Diffuser will not fit properly. Make sure the projections on the disposable Color Diffuser fit exactly into the grooves of the diffuser holder. Snap the diffuser holder with the Color Diffuser back onto the Color Precise. You will hear a click when the diffuser holder snaps into position properly. Put on the plastic gloves supplied with the colorant. You can use the Color Precise with any permanent hair colorant on the market. Do not remove the Color Diffuser before you have coloured your hair completely. When you have used two-thirds of the colorant, you can use the remaining one-third to colour any bits you may have missed. Clean the Color Precise with a dry cloth. If necessary, you can use a moist cloth. Do not use abrasives, scourers or liquids such as alcohol, petrol or acetone to clean the appliance.
