Press the release button and remove the shaving unit from the shaver. Remove and clean the shaving heads (cutter and guard) one by one. do not mix up the cutters and the guards. This is essential since grinding of the cutters in the guards only ensures optimal performance for each individual set. [. . . ] Let the shaver run until it stops, undo the screws and open the shaver. The shaver may not be connected to the mains again after the batteries have been removed. [. . . ]
