Disconnecting safely from computer After file transfer completes, disconnect camcorder safely from your computer by clicking on the task bar to avoid file error. Simply disconnect camcorder after file transfer completes. Formatting your camcorder Only format your camcorder with FAT16 and FAT32 file systems.
