You can store a fuction under any of the available keys of the RU760, except LEARN, SELECT and SHIFT. Please, note that any function already stored under a key will be deleted. The mode light will blink twice to confirm that the VCR volume controls are assigned to TV. If the mode light blinks once for a longer time, the volume assignment failed. Try again from step 1. Troubleshooting · ­ · ­ · ­ · ­ Problem Solution The device you want to operate does not respond and the device label does not blink when you press a key. Replace the old batteries with two new 1. 5 Volt, R03, UM4 or AAA batteries. The device you want to operate does not respond but the device label does blink when a key is pressed. Point the RU760 at the device and make sure that there are no obstructions between the RU760 and the device. The RU760 does not respond properly to commands. Try programming the RU760 again using another code, which is mentioned under the brand of your device, or reset for automatic search to find the right code. If the device still does not respond, call our helpline. You cannot get the Teletext pages on your screen, while you are used to use the (fi) button for this.
