The number and kind of connections depends on the kind of component you're connecting. Follow the steps below to connect a CD player, tape recorder, turntable or other audio component. Before making or changing any connections, switch off the power and disconnect the power cord from the AC outlet. 1 Connect the analog audio outputs of your CD player (or other component) to the CD inputs on this amplifier. 2 Connect the analog outputs of your tape deck (or other recorder) to the TAPE inputs (IN) on this amplifier. Then connect the audio inputs on the tape deck to the TAPE outputs (OUT) on this amplifier. This will allow you to make recordings from the components connected to this amplifier. 3 Turntables only: Connect the audio outputs of your turntable to the PHONO inputs on this amplifier.
