INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR QUICK MOUNT SYSTEM 1 2
Thread SCREW into CLIP.  [. . . ] Attach STAYS to bike (Refer to Step 5 on FREDDY FENDERS INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS page). Slide STAYS into STAY ATTACHMENT (diagram #4) and firmly tighten SLEEVE. Adjust fender to the correct position so it is not rubbing against the tire. Tighten SCREWS on CLIPS to secure their position on the fender.  [. . . ] NOTE: You may need to shorten the stainless steel STAYS for a more precise fit.
