Alias: An alias could be used as an arbitrary email address and there is no need to create an additional user account on the Server. An email message addressed to the alias is forwarded to an existing email address. With an alias of "service", the owner of the user account can receive emails sent to either april_Lee@xyz. com or service@xyz. com.
