Very high liquid level helps reuce vleece consumption. Application Polo slope bed filters clean machine tool collants fully automatic. Tank contains drive and return shaft Attached to a steel frame. The endless transport chain, which carries the vleece, forms a very deep filter base. Advance of vleece is controlled by float switch and drive motor. Unit can be supplied with terminalor control box. Function Dirty liquid is lead into the filter without pressure by gravity or with a pump. The liquid flows through the vleece and returns clean through the outlow into the clean below. The configurartion of the filter bed allows for a high liquid level. This generates higher volume and optimal use of veece . Dirt particles deopsit on the filter vleece, liquid level rises to a preset trigger which then activates vleece advance. Clogged vleece is pulled out and clean vleece pulled in. A hose seal, resistant against all coolants reliably seperates the dirt-from chamber. Maintenance The use and replacement of the filter vleece needs to be watched unless an optional alert is built into the syste system.
