You may then use the "Z/T" button to set the weight reading to zero again. TURNING OFF THE SCALE Automatically If you turn on the scale and do not weigh anything for a few seconds, the scale will go off automatically to save the battery. If you weigh something and then leave the scale without adding or removing anything for a few seconds, it will go off automatically. Manually You may also turn off the scale when you wish by pressing "ON/OFF". overloads The maximum capacity is shown on the scale display. If weight exceeds this capacity by more than 1%, the display will read "ERR". Press "T-SET" (Timer Set); the bell symbol will appear in the upper right corner of the display. press " " or " " to set the required duration. Temperature indicator The scale has a temperature indicator which comes on when the scale is turned on. It measures room temperature and displays the current value in the upper right corner of the display.
