Otherwise, this will cause water spillage and damage to the heating element respectively. Though there is a cut-off device if the urn overheats, allowing the unit to boil dry will eventually damage the heating element. · Avoid touching the exterior of the urn as it will be very hot. · Never place the urn on a hot surface. · If the supply cord of this appliance is damaged, it must only be replaced by Prima · The urn is only to be used with the stand provided.
