WHISK BLADE ­CREAM MIXING - To be used strictly with egg whites cream and prepare sauces, mayonnaise, meringue cream. You may whisk 0. 75 litre of cream each time. - Never use the Whisk Blade (E) to knead heavy dough or to mix light dough. This operation can be carried out for 5 times with 1 minute on, 2 minutes off. DISKS - GRATING/SLICING/CHIPPING - For grating, insert the Spindle (D1) into the centre of the Reversible Grating/Slicing Disk (D4) with the Grating Blade (D5) side facing up so that the three protrusions around the Spindle (D1) penetrate the three slots around the centre of the disk.
