Path to Tape Options 0Path to tape options are licensed features on the DXi7500 that allows you to export virtual media to an attached physical tape library. This feature is used either in conjunction with Symantec NetBackup Direct to Tape or EMC Networker (Backup Application Specific) or with Shadow Tape Creation. Once this feature is enabled and configured, backup data can be moved directly from the DXi7500 system to a tape library. For the Backup Application Specific option, refer to the web site for the backup application for a list of supported libraries and tape drives. Service DXi7500 Warranty 0The DXi7500's warranty includes one year of Quantum's Bronze Support Plan for hardware and 90 Days on the software options. This includes 5x9xNBD on-site response time, 5x9 telephone support, and on-line resources. This warranty covers the DXi7500 and all drives, and includes firmware downloads, telephone support, E-mail Home, and Internet access to Quantum's online Customer Support web site. The Quantum Customer Support web site features online service request processing, web-based event status tracking, and a comprehensive Knowledge Base.
