Remove the bezel from the tape drive. Verify that the door spring is still in place on the bezel. 

Replacing the Bezel: 4. 5. 
Insert the left bezel tab into the left tab slot. Gently press the right bezel tab and insert it into the right tab slot. Make sure the tab on top of the tape drive fits into the slot on the top of the bezel. Verify the door spring is still in place on the bezel.  [. . . ] 7.
