Perhaps, the external MIDI controller transmits on a different MIDI channel than the one the BK-7m expects. Could the part volume settings have been minimized?Check the "Volume" setting of each part. Could a MIDI message received from an external MIDI device (volume message or exclusive message) have lowered the volume?The volume level of the instrument is too low when it is connected to an amplifier. The real-time parts (MBS, LWR, UP2, UP1) don't receive MIDI messages. Could you be using a connection cable that contains a resistor?Use a connection cable that doesn't contain a resistor. Please check the MIDI connection Does the button of the desired real-time part light. The real-time parts may be receiving on a MIDI channel on which the MIDI controller doesn't transmit. Correct the MIDI controller's transmit channel or use the BK-7m's wizard. The pitch of the selected Style/Song is incorrect. Is the "Tuning" setting appropriate?Also check the "Style Scale Tune" and "Rx Shift" parameters.
