Relocating microphone(s) at a greater distance from speakers. · The UA-1G supports "plug-in powered mics" -- miniature condenser microphones designed for connection to the mic jack of a computer or the recording jack of an MD (Mini Disc) player. Only mics that support plug-in power can be connected to the MIC (PLUG-IN POWERED) / DIGITAL IN jack. Connecting an incompatible mic or a conventional stereo mini plug may damage the circuitry. · If you connect a mic to the GUITAR/MIC jack, you must use a monaural dynamic mic. · You can simultaneously input analog audio from both the GUITAR/MIC jack and the MIC (PLUG-IN POWERED) / DIGITAL IN jack. In this case as well, adjust the input level while you watch the PEAK indicator.
