Use: the oven burner has a safety valve which block the gas flow in the following cases: - If the thermostat knob is accidentally turned with immediate gas flow. The green light turns on when the selector knob is in any position different from 0. The yellow light turns on when the electric grill is on. It allows to choose between the different cooking functions. It is recommended to keep the oven door open and to use the knob protection. If the thermostat knob is turned accidentally during electric grill operation, a safety device will stop the grill.
