LOOSE PARTS LIST n Dado throat plate n M5 x 10 mm screws (2) TOOLS NEEDED Phillips head screwdriver WARNING: If any parts are missing, replace the missing parts before assembling the kit. Failure to do so could result in serious personal injury. M5 X 10 MM SCREWS THROAT PLATE ASSEMBLY INSTALLING A DADO INSERT See Figures 1-2. BTS15 TABLE SAW PRIOR TO DADO INSERT INSTALLATION WARNING: Do not allow familiarity with tools to make you careless. Remember that a careless fraction of a second is sufficient to inflict severe injury. WARNING: Failure to turn the saw off, remove the switch key, and unplug the saw could result in accidental starting causing possible serious personal injury. 1 3 ASSEMBLY n Lower the blade below the table surface. n Loosen the screws and remove the throat plate. n Remove the blade and blade guard assembly following instructions in the table saw Operator's Manual. n Included with the dado set are installation instructions. Follow these instructions to install the dado set. NOTE: The spacer/washer should only be used with a regular blade. [. . . ] NOTE: Never use this dado throat plate with a dado set larger than 6 in. . WARNING: To reduce the risk of injury and before plugging the saw back in, make sure the blade guard is installed and working properly. 4 NOTES 5 OPERATOR'S MANUAL DADO THROAT PLATE A31TS04 (FOR USE WITH THE BTS15 TABLE SAW) WARRANTY Ryobi warrants its accessories for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
