[. . . ] Using the quick-connect collar, changing nozzles is easy. urn off the pressure washer and shut off the water T supply. To connect a nozzle to the spray wand: Push the nozzle into the quick-connect collar want until it clicks in place and is secured properly. To disconnect a nozzle from the spray wand once the cleaning job is complete: Place hand over nozzle then pull back the quick-connect collar. For greater control and safety, keep both hands on the spray wand at all times. Pull back and hold the trigger to operate the pressure washer. Release the trigger to stop the flow of water through the nozzle. To engage the lock out: Push up on the lock out until it clicks into the slot. NOTE: Shutting OFF ( O ) the engine will not relieve pressure in the system. 17 RINSING wITH THE PRESSURE wASHER urn off the pressure washer and shut off the water T supply. Engage the lock out on the wand by pushing up on the lock out until it clicks into the slot. Remove the nozzle by pulling it from the collar. Select the right nozzle for the job: · Use lower pressure nozzle (white or green) to wash items such as a car or boat. · Use higher pressure nozzle (yellow or red) for jobs such as stripping paint and degreasing the driveway. When using these nozzles, test a small area first to avoid surface damage.
