If you loan someone this unit, loan them these instructions also. CHARGING YOUR BATTERY PACK The battery pack for your tool has been shipped in a low charge condition to prevent possible problems. Therefore, you should charge it prior to use. Note: Batteries will not reach full charge the first time they are charged. Allow several cycles for them to fully charge. Charge battery pack only with the charger provided. Make sure power supply is normal house voltage, 230 volts, 50 Hz, AC only. Press down on battery pack to be sure contacts on battery pack engage properly with contacts in charger. When properly connected, red light will turn on. When your battery pack becomes fully charged, the red light will turn off and the green light will turn on. After normal usage, 1 hour of charge time is required to be fully charged.
