[. . . ] This Hand Vac is intended for household use ONLY. Use this Hand Vac ONLY for its intended use as described in this manual. Use only the accessories recommended in this manual. Do not handle the Hand Vac with wet hands. [. . . ] Do not use the Hand Vac if any opening is blocked: keep openings free from dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce air flow. Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of the body away from the ventilation openings and moving parts. Keep the suction nozzle away from the face, eyes and hair during use. Use extra care when using the Hand Vac on stairs. Do not use the Hand Vac to pick up flammable or combustible liquids such as gasoline or use it in areas where such liquids may be present. Do not use the Hand Vac to pick up hard objects such as nails, screws, coins, etc. Since the Hand Vac does not have to be plugged into an electrical outlet, it is always in operating condition. Be aware of possible hazards when using your Hand Vac or when changing accessories. uSE ONLY THE CHARGER PROVIDED WITH YOUR HAND VAC. Use of another charger could cause the battery pack to explode causing possible serious injury. If the Hand Vac is not working properly, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to your nearest Authorised Ryobi Service Centre. Locate the latch on top of the battery pack and depress it to release the battery pack from the Hand Vac. Your Hand Vac and accessories can easily be stored on the wall mount bracket provided. WARNING: Never use your Hand Vac without the filter properly fitted. For optimal dust collection, the dust bowl should be checked, emptied and cleaned periodically. Depress the dust bowl release button located on top of the Hand Vac then pull the bowl down and out as shown in figure 4. Remove the filter by simply pulling it out of the dust bowl. Shake or lightly brush any dust or dirt off the filter. Empty the dust bowl and wash it if necessary. Make sure the dust bowl is completely dry before reattaching it to the Hand Vac. Use of any other parts may create a hazard or cause product damage. Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. [. . . ] Most plastics are susceptible to damage from various types of commercially-available solvents. Use a clean cloth to remove dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc. wARNING: Never let brake fluid , petrol , petroleum-based products , penetrating oils , etc. Come into contact with the plastic parts.
