x If the power supply cord of this air conditioner is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its authorized service personnel only in order to avoid a safety hazard. x Do not attempt to install this air conditioner by yourself. x This unit contains no user-serviceable parts. The Turbo function operates for 30 minutes with the maximum setting before returning automatically to the mode and temperature previously selected.

Cooling Distant Place
The Extra function is used to cool your room as far as possible. In the Extra mode, the up/down orientation of air flow and fan speed are selected automatically.

Selecting Energy Saving Mode

If your wish to save energy when using your air conditioner, select the Energy saving mode with the Energy saving button.

Cleaning Your Air Conditioner
To get the best possible use out of your air conditioner, you must clean it regularly to remove the dust that accumulates on the air filter. IMPORTANT Before cleaning your air conditioner, ensure that you have switched off the breaker for the unit.

Open the front grille, then pull out the air filter.

Remove all dust on the air filter with a vacuum cleaner or brush.

When you have finished, insert the air filter into the original position and close the front grille. Clean the unit with a damp cloth and mild detergent (do NOT use benzene, solvents or other chemicals).

Note
If you have not used the air conditioner for a long period of time, set the fan going for three to four hours to dry the inside of the air conditioner thoroughly.

To Clean the Electric Dust Collector
You have to clean the electric dust collector once a month and the cleaning cycle depends on the time during which the air conditioner is used. [. . . ]
