Solving Common Problems
Before contacting an authorized service center, perform the following simple checks. They may save you the time and expense of an unnecessary call.
Problem The air conditioner does not operate at all Explanation / Solution Check that the circuit breaker used for the air conditioner has not been triggered. Check that the power cable is plugged into a wall socket and the socket is switched on, if necessary . Check that the temperature indicator on the unit is lit; if necessary , press the (On/Off) button on the remote control or unit. Check that there are no obstacles between you and the unit. Replace the remote control batteries if necessary .
