Turn the Cooking Control knob to the Microwave ( symbol. ) 20 Setting a Standing Time The Hold Time can be used to set a standing time automatically (without microwave cooking). 1. Preheating the Oven For convection cooking, it is recommended that you preheat the oven to the appropriate temperature before placing the food in the oven.
