1. Setting up * Refer to the identification label located on the back panel of your player for its proper operating voltage. * Install your player in a cabinet with adequate ventilation holes. (7~10cm) Do not block ventilation holes on any of the components for circulation of air. [. . . ] Use the UP/DOWN buttons to highlight Function, then press the RIGHT or ENTER button. Select Bookmark using the UP/DOWN buttons, then press the RIGHT or ENTER button. Use the LEFT/RIGHT buttons to move to the desired bookmark icon. When you reach the scene you want to mark, press the ENTER button. The icon will change to a number (1, 2, or 3).
Recalling a Marked Scene
1. During play, press the MENU button on the remote and select the Bookmark. Use the LEFT/RIGHT buttons to select a marked scene. Press the PLAY/PAUSE ( the marked scene. ) buttons to skip to
Clearing a Bookmark Using the Instant Skip function (DVD)
Use this function to skip playback about 10 seconds ahead of the current scene. Press the INSTANT SKIP button.
- Playback will skip ahead 10 seconds. - Depending on the disc, this function may not work.
1. During play, press the MENU button on the remote and select the Bookmark. Use the LEFT/RIGHT buttons to select the bookmark number you want to delete. Press the CLEAR button to delete a bookmark number.
Note · If the disc has only one angle, this feature won't work. Currently, very few discs have this feature.
Note · Up to three scenes may be marked at a time. · When in VCD 2. 0 mode (MENU ON mode), this function does not work. (See page 12) · Depending on the disc, the Bookmark function may not work.

Using the Zoom Function (DVD/VCD)
1. During play or pause mode, press the MENU button on the remote. Use the UP/DOWN buttons to highlight Function, then press the RIGHT or ENTER button. Select Zoom using the UP/DOWN buttons, then press the RIGHT or ENTER button. Use the UP/DOWN or LEFT/RIGHT buttons to select the part of the screen you want to zoom in on.
This unit accepts 7 different types of Memory Cards
