Turn on your TV and any other connected equipment Input Selector
Press the Input Selector on your TV remote control until the signal from the DVD Recorder appears on the screen.
Wait!Make sure you complete Step with Step .
After all connections are complete, plug the power cord in the wall outlet. [. . . ] This means that the current time is being set automatically (Auto Program) through the antenna under connection and also the channel is being set. When it normally operates, the current time is automatically set and displayed in the front panel display. You must have the antenna connected to automatically set the clock. For ease of use, we recommend that you complete the following settings before using the DVD Recorder.
OSD Language Setup
Press the DVD POWER button.
The initial set up OSD language menu will appear.

Press the OPEN/CLOSE button, and place a recordable disc on the disc tray.
You can not change the recording mode or the channel while recording.
