· ALBUM: Takes you to Photo Album. · EDIT: You can apply various effects to the selected image.
This is only for viewing, the edited image cannot be saved.
· ALBUM : Takes you back to the Photo Album. · FILTERS 1234: You can apply various effects to the selected image.
1. - To restore the image to its original state, select RESET from the menu, and then press the ENTER button.
· SLIDE SHOW: Begins the slide show. · ROTATE: Each time the ENTER button is pressed, the image will
rotate clockwise 90 degrees.
· ZOOM: Each time the ENTER button is pressed, the image will
enlarge up to 6X Normal --> 2X --> 4X ---> 6X --> Normal
· PAN: Press the ENTER button followed by the UP/ DOWN/ LEFT or
RIGHT button to move the image in the direction of the arrow.
· COLOR R + - G + - B + Adjust Red, Green and Blue color balances each time ENTER is pressed.
· PHOTO

: When the Photo menu item is highlighted, the
LEFT/RIGHT button move to the next previous images.
· SOFTEN 123: Highlight 1 of 3 desired effects: 1) softens
edges, 2) blurs the image and 3) creates an impressionist painting effect.
· RESET: Restores the image to its original state before the
change was made.
· DONE: Returns you to the Photo View screen.

Special VCR Playback Features
Auto Play
While a videotape is playing, you can enjoy a variety of special playback features, including Still, Frame Advance, Skip, Repeat, and more. Press the Play button again to resume normal playback.
PLAY
If you want your videotapes to play automatically when you insert them, turn on Auto Play. NOTE: Only tapes that are missing the Record Safety Tab will play automatically when inserted.

From Play mode, press Play/Pause to still a single frame.

Open the "SETUP MENU"
With the DVD in stop mode, press the SETUP button.

Frame Advance
From still mode, press JOG DIAL to advance to the next frame.
Press the DISPLAY button to see the current status of the VCR deck, as well as the tape counter position and record speed.

Select "VCR Setup"
Using the up/down and left/right buttons, move the selection arrow to "VCR Setup, " then press ENTER to select.

Cue/Review
From Play mode, press F. Forward ( or Rewind ( to ) ) cue/review at two speeds: · Picture Search -- Press and release to advance the tape forward or backward at 5 times normal speed. · Jet Search -- Press and hold to advance the tape forward or backward at 7 times normal speed.

Select "Auto Play"
Move the selection arrow to "Auto Play, " then press right to select from the following options: · On - The VCR will automatically begin playing a video tape when it is inserted, as long as the safety tab of the cassette has been removed. · Off - Auto play is disabled.

From Play mode, press Repeat to review the last 5 seconds of tape (SP mode).

From Play mode, Shuttle >> gradually increases the cue speed from Double-Speed playback to Picture Search to Jet Search. Shuttle << gradually slows down the tape, then goes into Slow mode, Still mode, Reverse Picture Search and Reverse Jet Search.
Tape Length
Press the left button to select the video cassette length. To change the Recording Speed, see page 49.

Go to 0:00:00 stop
Use this feature when you want to search for the 0:00:00 counter position on a cassette. Press the CLEAR button at the point on the tape where you want to set the counter to 0:00:00. Later, while a cassette is stopped, press up arrow button. The VCR will rewind or fast forward, searching for the 0:00:00 counter position, and then automatically stop at that position.

Select a Channel to Record
Use the 09 buttons or the Channel Up/Down arrow buttons to select the desired channel, or press the INPUT SEL. button to select Line 1 or 2 if recording from an external device connected to the front or rear Line inputs, respectively.

End search
Use this feature when you want to search for a blank position to record a program on a cassette. While a cassette is stopped, press down arrow button. The VCR will fast forward, searching for a blank position, and then automatically stop at that position. If the VCR reaches the end of the tape during end search, the tape will be ejected.

Special Recording Features
One-Touch Recording (OTR)
While a recording is in progress, you can watch a different channel, watch a DVD, or add recording time in 30-minute increments.
One-Touch Recording (OTR) allows you to add recording time in 30-minute increments up to 4 hours at the touch of a button.
