(M1734NCE/M1735NCE) · Is the door completely closed? The oven does not start when you turn the TIMER knob. (M1713NCE) · Is the door completely closed? The food is not cooked at all · Have you set the timer correctly and/or pressed the One Minute+ button?(M1734NCE/M1735NCE) · Have you set the timer correctly?· Have you overloaded the electric circuit and caused a fuse to blow or a breaker to be triggered? The food is either overcooked or undercooked · Was the appropriate cooking length set for the type of food?· Was an appropriate power level chosen? Sparking and cracking occur inside the oven (arcing) · Have you used a dish with metal trimmings?· Have you left a fork or other metal utensil inside the oven?· Is aluminium foil too close to the inside walls? The oven causes interference with radios or televisions · Slight interference may be observed on televisions or radios when the oven is operating. To stop cooking, erase instructions, and return the oven display to the time of day: press Pause/Cancel twice. To correct a mistake you have just entered: press Pause/Cancel once, then re-enter the instructions. Model: M1734NCE / M1735NCE The power level lets you control the heating intensity from Warm(10%) to High(100%) with the Power Level button. Power Level HIGH REHEAT MEDIUM HIGH MEDIUM Output 800 W 700 W 600 W 450 W Power Level MEDIUM LOW DEFROST LOW Output 300 W 180 W 100 W Stopping the Cooking (M1713NCE) You can stop cooking at any time to check the food. 1. To stop Completely; Turn the TIMER knob to "0". 8 Using the One Minute+ Button (M1734NCE/M1735NCE) This button offers a convenient way to heat food in one-minute increments at the high power level. Press the One Minute + button once for each minute you wish to cook the food. For example, press it twice for two minute. The time will display, and the oven start automatically. Using the Instant Cooking Feature Model: M1734NCE / M1735NCE With the Instant Cooking feature, the cooking time is set automatically and you do not have to press the Start button. You can adjust the number of servings by pressing the appropriate Instant Cooking button the required number of times. First, place the food in the centre of the turntable and close the door. Press the Instant Cooking button which you want the required number of times. Result : Cooking starts after about two seconds. When it has finished: 1) The oven beeps four times. 2) The end reminder signal will beep 3 times (once every minute). Example: Press the Boil Water button twice times to reheat one cups of water.
