Each entry can have up to 6 associated phone numbers. Each entry can contain up to 32 digits including hard pauses, with an associated name of up to 12 characters. Stored phone numbers can be categorized as one of six categories - Home, Work, Mobile, Pager, Fax and No-label. You can even specify the memory location of your choice for each entry. Memory locations can be marked "Secret" preventing the unauthorized from seeing the telephone number. One-touch, two-touch, and three-touch dialing from your Internal Phone Book makes it easy to call a phone number stored in your Phone Book. Press the upper or lower portion of the key to access the Internal Phone Book. Press the upper portion of the key to access numerically and lower portion of the key to access alphabetically. After either key is pressed you may enter a location number or letter to quickly access a particular entry. Press to navigate through your stored entries. You can place a call by finding the name or number that you want to call using this One Step Internal Phone Book access and pressing the TALK key. 2. (KPFKPI UVQTGF GPVTKGU D[ PCOG 1. Press Press Press to display the Main menu. for Find Name. Stored names display in an alphabetical list. Using the alphanumeric keys enter the first character of the name that you want to find in your phone book. The phone searches for and displays the first Internal Phone Book entry beginning with the character you entered. You can enter the second character of the name and your phone will display name entries beginning with the two characters you entered. You can also scroll through Phone Book entries using the navigation keys. When you find your desired entry, make sure it is highlighted, and then press TALK to place a call, or to edit the entry. 5.
