Switch off the phone near all medical equipment Hospitals or health care facilities may be using equipment that could be sensitive to external radio frequency energy. Follow any regulations or rules in force. Interference All wireless phones may be subject to interference, which could affect their performance. [. . . ] Viewing received text messages When the phone receives a text message, the phone sounds a message alert and displays a text notification with the call back number appears. Press <Select> to view the message immediately. 49 Write (Menu 5. 2. 1) Use this menu to create text messages and send them to multiple mobile phones. Menu functions When you access Phone, or Card in the Inbox menu, a list of the received message displays. Icons displayed on the list indicate the messages' status: · : Messages that you have opened. · : Messages that you haven't opened. Using message options While viewing a message, press <Option> to access the following options: · Erase: erase the selected message from your Inbox. · Reply: send a reply message to the sender. · Forward: send the message to other people. · Call/Save: make a call to the sender's phone number or save the number to Phonebook. · Move to phone/Move to card: move the message to the phone's memory or the card. · Copy to phone/Copy to card: copy the message to the phone's memory or the card. While viewing the message list, press <Option> to access the following options: · Erase: erase the currently selected message. · Erase multi: erase the selected messages. Accessing Web alerts When you select Web alert in the Inbox menu, the phone accesses your Alert Inbox on the wireless web, so that you can view a web message from your web server. Outbox (Menu 5. 2. 3) Use this menu to access messages you have sent. Viewing sent text messages When you access Phone, or Card in the Outbox menu, a list of sent messages appears. Icons displayed on the list indicate the messages' status: 50 · · : Messages that have been successfully delivered. : Messages that the phone has failed to send.
