Important safety information
Always be careful when using the machine. To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, and other injuries, keep these safety considerations in mind when installing, using, and maintaining your machine:
· Stability. Place the machine on a secure, stable surface. The machine can be seriously damaged if it falls.
· Power supply. [. . . ] After sending, the documents are automatically erased from the memory. If necessary, adjust Resolution, or Contrast. Press Advanced FAX on the control panel. The display shows the first menu; BROADCASTING. Press Start/Enter to access the broadcasting menu. Enter the number of the remote machine using the number keypad. To enter the number, you can also press a one-touch button including group dial button. Otherwise, press Speed, enter a 2-digit speed dial number, then press Start/Enter. The stored number appears on the display. Press Start/Enter to confirm the number. The display asks you to enter another fax number to send the document to another location. Press Start/Enter to confirm the number. Or To send to one location or when you complete the last fax number setting, press Start/Enter.
7. If you want to assign a name to the transmission, enter the name. For details on how to enter the name using the number keypad, see page 2. 3.
8. The display shows the current time and asks you to enter the time when the fax is to be sent. Enter the time by using the number keypad, then press Start/Enter. If you set a time earlier than the current time, the document will be sent at that time on the following day.
10. The document will be scanned into the memory before transmission. The display shows the memory capacity and the number of pages being stored in the memory.
11. The machine returns to standby mode and the display alternates between messages to remind you that you are in standby mode and that delayed transmission is set.

Priority fax
When the priority fax is enabled, a high priority document can be transmitted ahead of reserved operations. The document is scanned into the memory, then transmitted when the current operation is concluded. [. . . ] Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
