Press the OK soft key to confirm. 78 79 Voice Functions AnswerPhone Tones Menu 3-5 You can set your phone to answer calls and play a recorded message. You can use the message to inform callers of your current situation and to guide them to leave messages in your voice mail. While the message is being played, you can, if you so wish, take the call by pressing the Accept soft key. AnswerPhone: allows you to turn the answerphone feature on and off. When the answerphone is on, the [Answer Phone] appears on the last line of the display. Message Record: you can record for up to 35 seconds. To stop recording before the time is up, press the Stop soft key. To change the message, use the Delete option and then record a new message. Message Select: the phone provides two default messages and allows you to record your own personal message (see the previous option). You can select User Message only when you have recorded your own message.
