10. To add a destination, press the Select soft key when Add Destination highlights. If you want to edit the destinations, select one and press the Select soft key. To enter additional numbers or addresses to the other destination types, press the C key or the soft key and repeat steps 6 through 11. You can enter up to 10 destinations each for To, CC and Bcc. When you are finished entering the destinations, select Send Message and press the Select soft key. Your phone sends the message.

Multimedia Messages
Templates
(Menu 2. 5)
This menu stores messages you saved as templates so that you can use them to make new messages. Scroll through the template list using the Up and Down keys. When the message template you want highlights, press the Select soft key. Press the OK soft key to use the following options, or the display automatically shows the options after a specified time: · Edit Message: allows you to send a message using the template. For further details about how to send a message, see page 81. · Delete: allows you to delete the message. You are asked to confirm the deletion by pressing the Yes soft key. Press the key to return to Idle mode.

Delete All
(Menu 2. 6)
This menu allows you to delete all of the multimedia messages in each message box. You can also delete all of your messages at one time. To select a message box to clear place a check mark remove a check mark delete the marked messages Press the Up or Down key. To delete all of your messages, select All Messages. Delete soft key.
When a confirming message displays, press the Yes soft key to confirm.
Memory Status
(Menu 2. 7)
You can check the amount of the memory being used and the memory remaining for multimedia messages. The display shows the total space, including the used and free space. It also shows how much space is currently occupied by each message box.

You can change the default settings for sending or receiving multimedia messages. The following options are available: Delivery Report: when this option is enabled, the network informs you whether or not your message has been delivered. Read Reply: when this option is enabled, your phone sends a request for a reply along with your message to the recipient. [. . . ] Voice Mail Computerised answering service that automatically answers your calls when you are not available, plays a greeting (optionally in your own voice) and records a message.
