Call Time

This option lets you view the timers for calls made and received. Note: The actual time invoiced for calls by your service provider may vary, depending on network features, such as rounding-off for billing purposes. Last Call Time: length of the last call. Total Sent: total length of all calls made since the timer was last reset. Total Received: total length of all calls received since the timer was last reset. Reset Timers: option used to reset the call timers; you must first enter the phone password (see page 131) and then press the OK soft key.

Alert Type
You can use the Sound Settings feature to customise various settings, such as the: · Ring melody, volume and type · Sounds made when you press a key, make an error or receive a message Note: When the phone is in the silent mode (see page 28), you cannot change the sound settings.

This option allows you to specify how you are to be informed of any incoming calls. Light only: only the backlight is switched on; the phone neither rings nor vibrates. Melody: the phone rings using the ring melody selected via the Ring Tone menu option (Menu 3. 1); see page 78. Vibration: the phone vibrates but does not ring. Vibra+Melody: the phone first vibrates three times and then starts ringing.
Ring Tone

This option allows you to select the required ring melody. You can choose between many different melodies. Each time you select a melody, it is played for a few seconds. If you have downloaded any sounds from the Internet or the optional EasyGPRS program, you can view the list in this menu.
Keypad Tone

This option allows you to select the tone that the keypad generates when you press a key. The following options are available.
Ring Volume

Off: the keys do not make any sound. Cool: each key, when pressed, generates a pure sound. Piano: each key, when pressed, generates a different note in the musical scale. Tone: each key, when pressed, makes a different sound. Beep: each key, when pressed, makes the same sound.
This option allows you to adjust the ring volume to one of five levels. Use the Up and Down keys or the the left side of the phone. [. . . ] Roaming Use of your phone when you are outside your home area (when travelling for example). SDN (Service Dialling Numbers) Telephone numbers supplied by your network provider and giving access to special services, such as voice mail, directory inquiries, customer support and emergency services. SIM (Subscriber Identification Module) Card containing a chip with all the information required to operate the phone (network and memory information, as well as the subscriber's personal data). The SIM card fits into a small slot on the back of the phone and is protected by the battery.
