Safety Instructions This Set Top Box (STB) has been manufactured to satisfy international safety standards. Please read the following recommended safety precautions carefully. N Do not place the STB on newspaper or soft carpet as it can cause a fire. [. . . ] Result: The EDIT FAVOURITE CHANNELS menu is displayed. N Add 1 Press the Red button in the Edit Favourite Channels menu. Result: The ADD FAVOURITES menu is displayed. 2 3 Press the L or M button to select the required channel. Result: A "#" icon is shown next to the selected channel and the channel will be added to the favourite channel list. N To undo, press the OK button again. N To add all channels to the favourite channel list, press the Red button. N To remove all channels, press the Green button. N Move 1 2 In the Edit Favourite Channels menu, select the required channel using the L or M button. Result: A " L " icon is displayed on the left side of the M channel name. 3 Press the L or M button to select the channel that you want to move, and press the Green button or OK button. Result: The channel is moved to its new position. English-14 Editing Your Favourite Channels (continued) N Renumber 1 2 In the Edit Favourite Channels menu, select the channel to be assigned a new number using the L or M button. Result: The channel number is highlighted. 3 You can revert to the previous channel number pressing the Yellow button again, or Cancel. Enter the new number using the numeric buttons (0~9). Press the OK button to confirm. N Delete 1 In the Edit Favourite Channels menu, select the channel to be deleted from the favourite channels list using the L or M button. Result: The selected channel and number will be deleted. 2 To add a deleted channel back in to the favourite channel list, see 'Add' on page 14. Selecting Channel Lists You can determine the channel list that is initially shown when the EPG (GUIDE button), channel list (LIST button) or service information (INFO button) is selected. 1 Press the MENU button. Result: The main menu is displayed. 2 3 4 Press the L or M button to select Channel, and press the or OK button. Press the L or M button to select (highlight) Select Channel List, and press the or OK button. Select All or Favourites using the L or M button, and press the OK button. Result: The selected option is stored and the preset/default channel list in the EPG menu and channel list will be displayed. English-15 Viewing EPG (Electronic Programme Guide) Information You can display EPG information at any time while watching digital programmes. The EPG (Electronic Programme Guide) information is provided by the broadcasters. Programme entries may appear blank or out of date as result of the information broadcast on a given channel. The display will dynamically update as soon as new information becomes available. N Now & Next Guide For the five channels indicated in the left-hand column, displays the Current programme and the Next programme information. N Full Guide Displays the programme information as time ordered 30 minute segments. One and half hours of programme information is displayed which may be scrolled forwards or backwards in time. 1 Press the MENU button. Result: The main menu is displayed. 2 Press the L or M button to select Guide, and press the or OK button. 3 4 The EPG may be displayed with the GUIDE button. Select the your required guide (Now & Next Guide or Full Guide) by using the L or M button. Result: The selected guide menu is displayed. Press the Red button to toggle between the Now & Next Guide and the Full Guide. N Press the Red button again to toggle between the Now & Next Guide and the Full Guide. N Select a programme of your choice using the L, M, oe, or button. Result: The warning message is displayed. 4 All values will be reset by pressing the coloured buttons (Red, Green, Yellow and Blue) in turn.
