This Flash Memory Card will be free from material defects in design and manufacture and will substantially conform to its published specifications. The warranty applies only to the extent this Flash Memory Card is used in devices that are compliant with the specifications of the appropriate standards organization. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the SanDisk Flash Memory Card who has proof of purchase, if requested.
