Number Name The 7-10-11 key (or 7-10-11/HOLD key on the handset) lets you select how many digits of the number are displayed: 7 10 11 Caller ID list The incoming caller information transmitted from the phone company is received by your phone between the first and second rings and stored in the Caller ID list. If you answer a call before the second ring the caller information may not be stored. When the Caller ID list memory is full, a new call automatically NEW replaces the oldest call in memory. N E W appears on screen for calls received that have not been reviewed. Note: Check with your local phone company regarding name service availability. Important: You cannot receive Call Waiting Caller ID information while using the conference features. 3-digit area code + 7-digit telephone number. Use CID or , to scroll to the desired Caller ID entry. Use the 7-10-11 key to show the phone number in proper digits if necessary. Press the TALK/CALL BACK on the handset or CALL BACK on the base. Deleting entries from the Caller ID list Use REDIAL/DEL to erase the entry currently shown on screen or all entries. Note: Deleting Caller ID entries on the handset and base is done separately. Make sure the phone is OFF (not in TALK mode). Use the CID or keys to find the entry you want to delete. While the entry is displayed, press REDIAL/DEL. Press REDIAL/DEL again to delete the entry.
