LENS REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
NOTES ON LENS REPLACEMENT
Lens replacement should be performed by the qualified service personnel. It should be followed by this procedure precisely. [. . . ] Turn off the LCD projector and disconnect the power cord from the AC outlet. Remove 4 screws of the lens cover and remove the lens cover.

REMOVE THE LENS. (See figure-2. )
p Figure shown inside of the cabinet. Remove the connector "K16B" of the circuit board. Loosen the A, B wire bands, wire holder and remove the lens motor lead. Remove screws D(4 screws) which fastens the lens and remove the lens.

INSTALL THE LENS. Remove protective caps(front and p Figure shown inside of the cabinet. Mount the lens on mounting bracket of the main cabinet with 4 screws. Use the screws included with the lens. Use the driver included with the lens to fasten the screws. (After using, save it for latter use. ) 3. Connect the lead connector of the lens motor to the "K16B" on the circuit board as shown in figure-3. Fasten the lens motor lead at the A, B points and wire holder as shown in figure-3.

INSTALL THE LIGHT-BLOCK SHEET. [. . . ] Insert the lower part lens cover and fix them with screws B. (2 screws).
