Prepare the cleaning solution: Mix eight ounces of Scotsman Ice Machine Cleaner with three quarts of hot water. The water should be between 90-115 degrees F. Slowly pour the cleaning solution into the water reservoir until it is full. Wait 15 minutes, then switch the master switch to ON. As the ice maker begins to use water from the reservoir, continue to add more cleaning solution to maintain a full reservoir. reservoir.
