If the thermostat is moved to the left (lower setting), the heating element will switch off from time to time and then switch on again. The yellow indicator light remains lit as long as the heating element is switched on. After use, return the thermostat to its lowest setting and unplug the appliance from the mains supply. Operation - Place the grill stone and the double-sided grill plate on the unit, ensuring that the locating groove on the grill stone is properly secured by the corresponding lugs on the holding bracket.
