Operation Pre-heating the curlers - Place the curlers over the heating tubes in the heating unit. The positions for the variously sized curlers are marked by corresponding rings of different sizes. Make sure that the curler with the heat indicator dot is placed on the corresponding heating tube (3). –  Do not operate the heating unit unless all the curlers are in place. - Close the cover on the heating unit and insert the plug into a suitable wall outlet. Pre-heating starts as shown by the red indicator light. - Once the curlers are pre-heated, switch the unit off and take the curlers out, one by one. Do not touch any part of the curler other than its plastic rim. - Do not place the hot curlers on heatsensitive surfaces. - Remove the plug from the wall outlet afterwards. 10 Using the curlers - To facilitate individual hair styling, the appliance offers different curler sizes, 20 mm, 23 mm and 26 mm diameter. –  Important: do not allow the curlers to come into contact with hair spray or other chemical substances. - The hair should be freshly washed, almost dry and well combed through. - Take a curler and open the large clamp. This guarantee is only valid if the appliance has been used in accordance with the instructions, and provided that it has not been modified, repaired or interfered with by any unauthorised person, or damaged through misuse.
